    Had them in to make a pathway from the front door to the road as the route was just slippery mud and to make a paved area for my wheelie bins. They did such a good job and were so friendly and helpful I had them back to pave the rest of the area to the driveway. I would highly recommend them.

    Job entailed basic foundation work following plans and building regs to enable me to finish the conversion myself. Involved new footings, raising height of roof with additional brickwork, installing new roof and building a linking lobby and installing new windows and doors. Work was undertaken in awful weather conditions making the job even more challenging but they persevered to meet targets. They went the extra mile to help me especially at a time I had considerable personal family illness to deal with. Would use again. Building inspector was happy with every stage of the work. Many thanks.

    We had a shower toilet and sink cloak room built on the front of our property, brilliant workman tidy friendly and efficient, then we had them insulate our loft again very tidy friendly and reasonable, I would not hesitate to use them again.

East Anglian Services Ltd is a family business based in Caister, run by Andrew Haynes, who works together with a dedicated, experienced team who has had over 30 years’ experience. We adopt a bespoke approach for every client, as every build is unique, and our services will vary depending on your requirements. East Anglian Services will co-ordinate everything and ensure your project is as smooth and stress-free as it could possibly be.

You will be given a program of works detailing key milestones and deadlines and you will find our team on site every day. This has been noted and appreciated by all our clients in the past, as progress is monitored daily and our team have a strong and friendly work ethic. 

We pride ourselves on the ability to create seamless extensions between new and existing structures. We have specialist reclaim architectural suppliers who can help us obtain materials for sympathetic extensions, delivering a seamless build that looks like an original feature. 

Our work is of the highest quality, which we take immense pride in. It is carefully pre-planned, budgeted precisely and rigorously and is scheduled to fit in with your demands. We won’t be the cheapest…………but we aim to be the best!
