    Yulian repaired our integrated dishwasher and was punctual, efficient, polite and thorough throughout. He diagnosed the problem, found another smaller issue, and solved it all on the spot. He tidied up and refitted the dishwasher and while he was efficient he did not seem in any rush, but was focussed on getting the job done well. Booking with him was easy and quick, and he offered very good value for money. He offered extra advice and seemed to really care about offering a good service.
