  Polite and punctual with communications and visit itself. Work carried out neat. Respectful, no damage to garden plants. Garden left clear of any waste. Liaised with neighbours for access. A fair price quoted as compared to others. I cannot fault EBW and will use them again for subsequent tree work. Very good experience, would recommend to others.

• TPO applicaiton blocked

  We asked a number of Tree Surgeons to give us quotes including EBW. We did not choose EBW. Unbenownst to us, EBW had put in a TPO application with our local council in April 2023. This blocked all other applications for 6 months as the council reached out to EBW on several occasions to rescind their TPO application for our property. Not only has this delayed OUR TPO application by six months, it has also cost us several hundred pounds in Solar PV generation over the summer.
