    After a bad experience with a cowboy company who only temporarily fixed my blocked toilet, I thankfully got EcoFlow in a month later. This was far better experience. Wayne came out and got straight to the problem, sorted the blockage, he said that the old pipes were probably displaced, which the camera confirmed. He recommended I get the pipes lined which would help with the flow and future proof the pipes. It all made sense and came with a 10 guarantee. Job was completed swiftly, Wayne was great, kept me informed of his arrival time, the work he was doing and left everything tidy. 10/10

    Wayne carried out the job in a very courteous and professional manner. He found the source of the blockage and was able to clear a lot of the roots which had grown into the drain system. He also found the route of the washing machine outflow. Very pleased to have the job done.

    The operative Wayne phoned me a number of times to keep me aware of his ETA given the progress of his previous job. The drain from the urinals "disappeared" around a tight bend under the toilets and a manhole could not be found. He resorted to trying to "blow" out the blockage which took some time and effort, but eventually the drain was cleared. Wayne then cleaned up the space and left everything clean.
