  Had a fire fitted in Oct 2023, the whole process was smooth and easy. The team sent lots of options over for us to choose from, clear understanding of what would be suitable for our space and needs. On the day they were efficient and clean in their work. Having us in to check through the day on different elements. They ensured we knew how to work it and even sent follow up information. When we needed them a few months later for a question they were happy to answer and help. Would definitely recommend.

  I'm absolutely in love 💗 with my new fire, from my very first barrage of enquiries with Sophie to fitting day, everything was excellent, no question was too silly (and there was some silly ones), everything was answered and dealt with very professionally, all costs were explained up front and they turned up exactly when they were supposed to, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new stove.

  Great communication ahead of order - the team arrived on time to do the fitting, and got straight to work. Throughout the day, the team were polite, considerate, cheerful and a pleasure to have around. Small touches like dust extraction, sweeping up between elements of the install and washing the drive down at the end of the day we're all really appreciated. It was also lovely to see the more experienced members of the team bringing along the next generation and teaching on the job. Really pleased with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others
