8.5Verified ReviewVery pleased with work carried out by the fitters - could have been left tidier, bits of plastic etc found in flowepots and garden. Some snagging issues which took some while to resolve due to lack of communication - very frustrating to be told someone would come to sort issues and then no one turn up. This didn’t happen just once. The install manager very abrupt to me and my husband at one stage, although he did apologise later. MD supposed to FaceTime us to resolve issues - never heard back from him despite calling and being told he would get straight back to us. Poor customer service.

The workmen arrived on time. Worked productively. There was minimal mess and they finished the work in the given time frame. I'm very pleased with the new roof. It is very bright and makes my conservatory look fresh and new. Making this room now a more useable space. Warmer in the winter
