    The response was impressively swift, especially given the last-minute emergency. The work was completed neatly with no mess left behind, and all issues were resolved, dispelling any previous concerns. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone and he will be both mine and my mothers go-to plumber.

    Bath isn't level and has been sealed to the floor by an inch of polyfiller which has all cracked and uneven. I had my first shower and a major amount of water pooled around the top of the vinyl near the cupboard and has covered the underside of the floorboards. It is a significant amount of water rendering the shower nor bath usable. Bathroom was also left with dirty toilet soil pipes not replaced nor boxed in. The cupboard has a nail sticking through the backboard and the paintwork of cupboard sloppy. Emailed/called many times re bath and major leak yesterday and zero response from him.
