  Within minutes of me asking for assistance via check a trade I received a call asking how he could help, he offered solutions first to see if I could fix by doing a couple of easy things, he followed up with a call next day as promised, attended same day to assess problem and give me a costing. As urgent he also fitted me into his busy schedule. What I was quoted was what I paid even though it took him a lot longer to sort the problem out. Can not recommend highly enough. If I need a plumber in future I would not hesitate in contacting him. I have also told family about him just in case.
