Electrical work to get flat to legal standard for letting
10Verified ReviewI can't recommend Mr Szepesi enough. He was the first to answer for my job, and I am so glad that I chose him to carry out the work. He works tidily ,is thorough, professional, helpful and worked hard to ensure my flat is electrcally safe and updated to be let. Nothing was too much trouble, and he explained clearly and exactly what was needed for each job. He went above and beyond when I emailed to aske for printed copies of some paperwork as I have no printer this morning, I arrived home to find he had delivered them himself!

He advised that the consumer unit and bonding were not up to current standard needed and replaced them on the day agreed. I will be using Oliver again for some other electrical works and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
