10Verified ReviewNew house with a couple of chimneys in really bad conduction, needed urgent attention. Dean turned up promptly to offer a quote, incredibly courteous and helpful. Suggested a number of ways to make the job simpler, that also better met my requirements. On the day Dean turned up on time, and his team could not have been more polite. Got the work done quickly and without any fuss, then tidied up before they went (actually left the pathway cleaner than before they arrived!) The photos look like the work has been done well. Very positive experience.

Access to the back of the property is awkward and Dean went the extra mile to get access to do the repair. He also provided an accurate and honest diagnosis of the problem. I would recommend him to friends and family.
