  We recently engaged in a building extension project with this construction business. The team which was led by Harry, discussed realistic timescales and set clear expectations beforehand which put us at ease! The team were very professional and tidy, and Harry ensured constant communication, keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommended to anyone!

  We had elite development and homes to build us a large two-story Extension great quality of work. Harry and Jonny are passionate about their role and making sure their name says top-tier. There is nothing I can really fault about these guys They are very easy to get along with kept me informed throughout the Build and no hidden extras like our last builder. Recommend to anyone

  Took on the job, but we were too far way. Quoted 8-10 weeks , it took 18. Lots of excuses, missed days. Team had little / no guidance. Very messy.

  Absolutely fantastic, the guys were clean, tidy and explained to me exactly what they were doing. Council had to come and sign it off from building control and we’re also impressed.. complimented how tidy they were considering they had removed a wall. He said he expected to be ‘chewing dust’ but said it was incredibly clean. Work was done really well and multiple visits to measure up and check everything. Would definitely use again.
