Annual Boiler check
5Verified ReviewThe own. M. Jackson was quickly available I requested a simple boiler annual check. The charge including Vat was 269 pounds which included a change of filter and that’s it. Marcus didn’t say hi when he arrived nor goodbye when left. there was never any friendliness but he did pretend to get paid immediately while I had to chase for the invoice afterwards. The heating settings for the radiator after the test was left on high which caused the radiator to be extremely hot while we were away from the house. I felt his mannerism was highly unpleasant (for no reasons) and I wouldn’t recommend him!

He treated our property as if it was his own; was courteous, polite, very tidy and clearly knew what he was doing. My husband works from home and we hardly knew he was there. We are so glad we trusted him to do the work and will be using him again. Thank you Marcus.

I had a fault with my heating and Marcus did a really great job diagnosing the fault and sorting it out in a timely and professional manner. Would 100 percent recommend.
