    We can not recommend James and his colleague Paul highly enough. They are professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in your home. We had a few issues with our fire but their follow up and their attention to detail sorted it to our complete satisfaction.

    Absolutely brilliant stive fitters. Meticulous and trustworthy. I was really concerned as they needed a 50% deposit up front but James was in contact regularly and using Checkatrader meant I was less worried. I have given 9 for timekeeping as they were delayed at another job because of the weather. But when they arrived they worked with dedication. The two stoves were fitted in about 6 hours. I was really really impressed by their professionalism and the stoves look and work fabulously. Extremely polite and pleasant people too. Thank you Elite hearing and plumbing for an excellent experience.
