    We were so pleased we chose elite property services for our extensions and refurbishment They were there every step of the way making our build as stress free as possible, always coming up with solutions rather than problems and finding cost effective ways to deal with unforeseen works I would recommend using John and Ryan to all friends and family as they are very professional trustworthy and reliable

  • New kitchen, knock through created, new bathroom

    We had the Elite team in for a new kitchen revamp, knock through created between kitchen and lounge to make open plan. New bathroom installed, really could not fault the team. Was a relieve being able to go to work and knowing we had reliable tradesman’s in our home. Thank you once again.

    John and Ryan were both very professional in every aspect of the job from the start, the works were carried out to the highest standard, communication throughout was 100% which is very hard to find nowadays, their knowledge is unmeasurable and I myself would highly recommend them and what they do….

    Ryan and John built our first floor rear extension and did an amazing job. They held our hand through the entire process and nothing was too much trouble. They came up with loads of great ideas to maximise the spaces and left us so happy with our new extension, as well as the kitchen, utility room and downstairs bathroom. They had creative solutions for everything and had much better vision than us which lead to a much better layout etc than we would have come up with ourself. There workmanship was first class and maybe most importantly you could trust them. Will use again 100%
