  What a breath of fresh air to find a company these days that not only delivers what it has promised, but to do it so efficiently and professionally too. I now have a stunning extra room that I can use all year round and I cannot praise Steve and Richard and their team enough. All of the team, including plasterer and electrician, were friendly and courteous, keep you informed throughout the whole process and leave the place spotless. I would 100% recommend Ensign, with the whole process running smoothly from start to finish.

• Superb Garden Office

  I made a speculative enquiry to Ensign for a bespoke garden office and Steve was superb from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble and he provided some great design tips that made Ensign stand out from its competition. Their project manager did an amazing job of scheduling all the relevant trades and was incredibly sympathetic to our needs. Everything was carried out on time to budget and more importantly to a very high quality. All the trades people we encountered through the build process were courteous , clean professional and spoke passionately about Ensign.

  This company were very reasonable with their prices and their workmanship was superb. They mended the gutter for us as well. At the beginning it seemed to go wrong, they called to say that they would be there to quote and measure up within 90 minutes. Didn't turn up. The owner came round himself to explain what happened and apologise, it was completely understandable. The fact that he takes customer care so seriously that he came in person to say he was sorry, made us very comfortable, and that comfort was well rewarded. They will certainly get our business in future.

• Replacement roof in conservatory

  Thank you to Ensign for the work that was carried out on my property in July of this year. Having done my homework previously kept on coming up against several obstacles with other firms. To me it was a big job having a roof replaced (from old polycarb to new full solid roof) From the get go, Jasmine - Steve - Richard and the crew who carried out the work, all polite and delivered the job fully and to time scale. Thanks also to the electrician/plasterer who completed the jobs after...... TEN OUT TEN..... Would certainly recommend on to family and friends.
