Correctly identified the faulty part by experience. Went out and sourced a replacement. Came back quickly, installed checked tested cleaned up. He was very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely call him again.

Also installed a replacement cooker hood at the same time. All works carried out on the arranged day, all to an excellent standard. Have used EMS since and always found them to be really helpful and friendly.

We have been established ad trading fro 13 years.
We are fully qualified including the 18th edition of the wiring regs and can certify works through Part P of the building regulations.
