    Sean was really quick to respond to my initial enquiry and clearly explained the process. He then promptly arranged a visit that fitted with my schedule. Sean explained everything as he went along, happily answered all my questions and gave advice on future proofing the house. He was really respectful of my home and didn't mind my dog trying to help him set up.

    Sean was super quick to fit me in and was so pleasant to deal with. When he came to the house, he immediately put my mind at ease and assured me my rat issue would be sorted. He explained every step of the process and took ownership of it all with ease and a calm manner. Really good experience. Would not only recommend him, but have done so already to three people I know. Hopefully my lilttle rat guys dont come back, but if they do, I would only call Sean to help.
