• Fitting a door to a coal bunker

  The work looked ok when initially done, but it doesn't seem he used exterior grade materials as was asked, so it doesn't look as though the new door will last for very long. After 3 1/2 months the shortcomings of the work are showing. We had to ask him back to change the screws after only a couple of weeks because they were rusting. He was happy to do so, but they are now rusting again. There is also now rust showing on the lock. The door blank used he himself specified would be marine ply; but water has gotten in and it is warping and deforming. All in all, not entirely pleased.

• Outside utility unit

  Joel’s brief was to build us an outdoor washing machine enclosure with a worktop and some storage. From this vague brief he’s constructed a stunning utility space using tiles we had leftover from our kitchen build for the worktop and spacious cupboards. Everything was neatly done to very high quality including the tiling. Joel’s colleague did the plumbing to a very high quality. Joel was very professional all through the build, neat, punctual and friendly.

  I posted my job on the website and Envision replied straight away. Joel was polite and came round the next day to price my job. He came and was extremely professional priced up my job and gave me a written quote that evening. I excepted it and he booked me in. He came and done an amazing job he was very polite and tidy and updated me on progress regularly. I will definitely be saving this company in my phone and using again. Excellent service.
