    We spoke with Alison and Rob came to see us. He was very knowledgeable and really reassuring. He identified that we had mice in the loft and completed three visits.     Could not be happier with my experience. Alison was fantastic at organising visits and keeping in contact, and Rob was superb when attending the property. 4 seperate visits and assesed possible access points, spoke to neighboirs, located the issue and did everything to solve the infestation. Always kept me up to date with what he was doing and could not fault anything. Super happy with the level of work and service.
