  The lad that came to assess the work for a quote was 10/10. Blonde lad, extremely friendly polite professional and clearly really knew his trade. He explained things in a way we could understand the job. Credit to him, a quick visit and for a small bit of work but he really impressed. Only reason didnt get work done was got a quote £10 cheaper!

  Prompt quotation and installation appointment. Had to call EPM on the day of installation to check on arrival time. Electrician arrived mid morning. Careful installation but unsightly isolation switch in hallway. Would have liked something less obvious. Job cleaned up well and engineer very courteous. Paperwork sent through within 48 hours

  I have hire the electrician and his assistant, Since they had spot some problems, and suggested to do it later. I just asked them to do it straight way as I do not want waste any time waiting for another appointment as they have two people. They had phoned their office ask for permission, and got the result to go ahead. They then go and shopping for the materials needed and started to work after lunch break. They had managed to finished the job before 17:00pm. Keep my flat clean and tidy. Excellent work experience. Well done. I am happy to get the job done in one time. As my tenant desperate

• We had no power, gents found that it turns out it's a problem with the gas boiler.
