Teri came on the same day, on the AM in fact, and was super reassuring, checked all issues, laid bait, and in a week or so we heard zero scuttling or any signs of rodent activity, all gone! Her colleague Dave came a few days after and sealed up the holes in the Saniflo the Bathroom Rat presumably used. Eradicontrol is super responsive, reasonably priced, and gets the job done perfectly.

The man who attended our house was quick to identify the location and soon had the floorboards up and the rat removed. He also did a survey of the outside of our house to ensure weren't any rat entrances and gave helpful advice about how rats get in.
