    I was contacted by Normunds who gave me an immediate quote for the job. We spoke briefly on the phone to arrange a time and he arrived promptly. Communication and problem solving was excellent, he had to nip out to get some materials but came back pretty quickly and finished the job not long after. Normunds very kindly showed me how to turn off the water to the property from the external stop tap too as my internal stop tap had seized & was inaccessible without taking the kitchen apart.

  • Investigating shower pump

    Shower pump was investigated and fixed (loose wiring) price agreed beforehand in no win no fee basis. However there was a leak in the shower afterwords (hence the 4 stars). Normunds came back and fixed it. Punctual and honest. Would use again despite the mishap. Thanks!
