1Verified ReviewWhat ever happens to any previous booked client or to the technician itself, the company has the responsibility to satisfy the client. I cannot be informed that the electrician in on his way to my house and 2 hours later that he had an emergency and he is not coming. Whatever happens they have to come later or even over the weekend without extra charge because it is the company's responsibility that they delay my work. I haven't done anything wrong. I arranged to be home and wait for them.
