  I can't praise Estates Roofing enough for the manner they have approached my job from start to finish. They arrived to carry out the survey on the day and time they said. Dan was very professional when he met us, he had a wealth of knowledge and provided great advice on how to resolve the issue. He came back with a quote in the time frame he promised. The company kept me informed throughout the process. Dan even called me on a number of occasions to apologise he was unable to start on the dates scheduled due to the persistent rain, wind and bad weather. I can't recommend this company enough.

• The valleys in the slate roof needed repairing.

  Estates roofing repaired the valleys on the slate roof of the house and also repaired a leak coming in through the chimney stack. They were excellent and very honest at keeping in touch about when the work would start. They arranged for the scaffolding to go up just before the work started and it was removed promptly after the work was finished. The occupier was very happy with the work done and had no complaints. I would recommend this company and was happy with the work done.

  From my first meeting with Dan, I was very impressed by his kind and professional manner. Once he had prepared his quotation and I had given him the "go ahead" he was only too happy to explain what was intended and supplied me with photographs of a previous job he had undertaken which was very similar to mine so I could understand what the finished job would look like. His team arrived at the times expected and worked tirelessly when they were here The job was carried out to my complete satisfaction and thoroughly recommend Dan and his Team for a very professional job, extremely well done

  We contacted Estates when looking for a full roof replacement. We'd had various quotes already but none we felt comfortable with. The second Dan arrived, however, it was obvious Estates were a professional company with lots of knowledge. Once we agreed for the work to go ahead, we had plenty of communication and the job was done in a timely manner, despite issues with the weather. Very pleased with our result and would recommend to anyone needing roofing work.
