    This is the second time I have used Esteem and on both occasions my appliance issues were resolved. I was also able to ask about an issue with a different appliance for which advise was helpfully given. I am glad I have found a company that is not only efficient but also I can trust.

    I had an intermittent fault with my washing machine, and Esteem sent one of their engineers to help. He was on time, polite, and did a thorough investigation, which I received a written copy of with the invoice. My washing machine seems OK now, but they said I can call again if it turns out a different part of the machine requires work. Great service!

    Esteem provided an excellent service from my first contact with customer services to the engineer who completed the repair to my dishwasher. The engineer was very efficient, assessed the requirements for the repair, the parts were ordered and he returned a few days later to fit them. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
