    Needed a new heating element in dishwasher. Eureka responded very quickly, came out and diagnosed the problem and despite being told 3-5 days for the part, they came back out the very next day and fitted the replacement. Worked very efficiently and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

    Engineer came out to repair machine. Didn't use machine since repair. Put on laundry on Friday night 2 days later and water flooded my whole kitchen floor. Engineer coming out on Monday to see the problem and hopefully fix it. Watch out for an update.

    After spending a few weeks trying and failing to find someone to come and fix our dishwasher, Eureka turned up 24 hours after asking for someone on Checkatrade, fixed the problem and also fixed the dishwasher door and has given me some advice about avoiding the same thing happening in the future - would highly recommend.
