  Constantin asked for a photo of the tap and contacted me almost straightaway to say he would be in my area that day and could come p.M. He duly attended and advised valve in tap had 'gone' and therefore a replacement rather than repair would be required - he went off to a shop to get a new tap, returned soon after and then completed the job. Very polite and efficient young man who I would recommend.
