  This is the 2nd time we have enlisted the skills of Barry and Ross and will 100% use them again. Prompt return of quote and started quickly. Our job was in two separate areas of the house and I expected the mess to be twice as much, however they avoid disruption where possible and always tidy up after each day. We had a number of people in and out during the work and all of them were polite and professional. The rainfall we had during the work was relentless, however the end result is perfection- we’re so happy! I had a vision of what I thought I wanted and they came up with something better!

  Express did our building work in the kitchen. They were prompt and polite. Everything was left as tidy as it possibly could have been and the quality was extremely high. Barry took the stress out of everything and checked in regularly. He seems to go above and beyond for his customers. The kitchen fitter Mike, was friendly and professional. This is definitely a company you can rely on to get the job done to a very high standard. Can’t recommend them highly enough. We’ve had to shorten down our review because there’s not enough characters on this page to get everything in! Thanks Express!

  From the outset communication was great from first visit by Barry to discuss job and look at the plans, prompt return of cost and estimated time of works, start time was brought forward and work started by Ross and men, Ross kept me informed every stage of the job and personally introduced every man on the job as they arrived or visited always with prior notice no surprises, Express used only the best trades people I have met bricklayers chippies roofers plasterers all part of the team Barry and Ross have a great attitude and deserve to do well when they turn out top class work.   We had no previous experience of hiring a builder so we were quite cautious. Prior to appointing anyone, we did some research, read reviews and spoke to previous customers and came to the conclusion that we would use Express Building Services. From the first pre- build meeting right through to the end, we have found Barry and Ross to be courteous, honest and transparent. Any small issues have been navigated and addressed together. Both were contactable throughout which meant things were dealt with quickly and effectively. Work finished to a high standard for a good price. Highly recommended
