  • Fitting toilet and spray bidet

    Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Estimate for 3 hours took all day. En-suite unit ruined with bigger holes than it should be. Bidet spray was leaking so we had to isolate the cold water pipe. Isolation valve to the cistern is always wet. Promised to dispose of the old toilet but there was not space in the van. The guy is very friendly and courteous but I’m not happy with the quality of the work.

    Edem was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Turned up in time and after the new toilet was fitted came back as we had a small leak from old pipes and fixed it. Very friendly and professional throughout the whole job. Cleaned up afterwards.

    We reached out to check a trade on Saturday and Edim responded very quickly and was able to come out on Tuesday to replace the blocked filter and power flush the blocked drain. The sink is now unblocked and water is draining as normal. Edim was very professional, knowledgable and friendly; he kept us informed about what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. He is also trained in other areas such as electrician, plasterer, etc. We will definitely be using him again and will highly recommend his services. Thanks Edim :-)
