  Dealt with 3 different architects who knocked us back and we were lost. Extension plans UK sorted absolutely everything in a matter of weeks and ready to apply for permitted development. Everything is now over the line and I couldn't be happier. If another company has knocked you back please don't give up like we did for 6 months, give these guys a call and see where you go.

  Very helpful and efficient from the start. We spoke to the MD who led us through the process. We had one of the Architects do a virtual tour and the whole team have been very efficient ! And the plans got approved before we expected! Special thanks to Rebecca who does all the admin and keeps you well informed of what’s what and where you are in the process.

• Architectural drawings and building regs for extension

  Extension Plans offer a very cheap service compared to high street architects. However, their architects and designers are remote. Sometimes it's a bit slower to work in this format. However, I would still highly recommend them for simpler projects such as my 3m rear kitchen extension which was within permitted development.
