    Ben was excellent from start to finish! He arrived on time and commenced work, despite us not having much space for him to manouvere around in due to just moving into the property! The roof looks considerably better and it was great to have someone knowledgeable to answer some questions about things we may need a roofing contractor for. Super pleasant chap. Would thoroughly recommend Ben's services to anyone needing their roof cleaned.

    Ben from Exterior Cleaning and Maintenance arrived on time and cleared out our blocked guttering using his strong vacuum system. When finished, he showed me lots of dirty gunge and moss in his vacuum that had been cleaned from the guttering and downpipes. He was very courteous and we were very satisfied that he'd done a good job at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use his services again, and recommend him to anyone.

    I contacted Ben to clear a gutter that ran over a conservatory. Through email, we agreed a data and time for the visit. Ben arrived bang on time and quickly cleared out a very full gutter. The adjoining gutter was also cleaned as the equipment was on site. Ben was very thorough and ensured that every inch of the gutters were cleared. He also ensured that the 'swing' of the pole was not over the conservatory, so any debris that did drop (none did) would have fallen onto the house roof and not the glass. The service was quick and efficient and good value for money.
