    Thank you so much Extra Space Developments! We are so glad we found Shane, Nik and the team because from start to finish they were utterly professional, really friendly and a genuine joy to deal with. Always on time and tidy workers. The quality of work from these guys is fantastic and the final product of our new upstairs space, including two bathrooms was beyond our expectations. We get literal 'wows' when people see it. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a loft conversion. Thank you so much Extra Space Developments!!!

    Extra Space are an excellent firm. The whole process was managed and carried out efficiently and professionally by several of their team and we are delighted with the end result. They had to bring in other tradesmen ((plumber, electrician and plasterers), who were all equally reliable and efficient . The project lasted about 8 weeks in total, and was performed to the highest standard and with regular consultation with us. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure they delivered what we asked for. A top class firm who we wholeheartedly recommend!

    I can't thank Shane and his team enough for the hard work and effort they put in. We are so pleased with our loft conversion and it will make a massive difference to our growing family. The quality of finish is excellent, and all the lads were so polite and friendly throughout. They handled everything from start to finish and we were surprised at how quickly the build progressed and how little impact it had on the rest of the house. We'd recommend Extra Space to anyone (stock up on biscuits and coffee first ??)

    We had a dormer loft conversion done by Extra Space at the end of 2023. We were impressed from start to finish with the professionalism of the team, with good communication throughout. When it came to carrying out the work the team were a pleasure to have around, clean, tidy and very polite. They were also very efficient and worked amazingly fast to finish the project on schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend to others.

    We recently had our loft converted with the team from Extra Space Developments. Surprised how quickly the build was done and Shane always kept us updated with progress/happy to go the extra mile with any queries. We would certainly recommend the team, very professional throughout and even hoovered up each day afterwards! The neighbours even commented on their professionalism and efficiency when what felt like the full team rocked up to get the large steels in and the two dormers built, both in a day! Thank you!
