Having worked in the building and property maintenance industry for over 35 years, of which 20 years have been managing subcontractors and health and safety, I understand what is needed and expected from a client. I have put all the same management practices into Extreme Services Cleaning , gardening and the Property Maintenance, to ensure our staff comply with HSE rules and regulations.
Why deal with five or ten sub-contractors, when you could deal with just one company who will survey, supply the materials, and supply experienced tradesmen to complete any task.
