  In March Pat & his team completely re-roofed our house. The job was to reroof the entire house with either slates, tiles or fibre glass as req'd. All lead flashing was renewed & new copping stones laid as appropriate. New ceiling insulation was installed. It was a 4 week job, completed to a high standard with quality materials. Pat kept us abreast of daily progress with photos & problems were resolved straightaway. They were very helpful, punctual, courteous, easy to deal with, tidy. The job was on budget. We would use them again & recommend them to others without hesitation.

  We were looking for a company to re-do the roof that was done via another company for several months. We ended up going with Pat & Falcon roof for several reasons: The communication, explanation and punctuality in preparation. The honesty around everything that must and must not be done, all things that are honestly hard to find in this industry. His team showed up every day as promised. Took time to assess the work and kept us updated on every step. They fixed parts for free that were not initially seen, without increasing the price. All in all probably the best builder I've worked with

  Pat provided his quote promptly. His crew took care to provide ample floor protection and then they showed very impressive detective work, ingenuity and problem solving skills to find and repair the various issues, which on one of the balconies, turned out not to be the actual roofing after all! Saved me a lot of money. Falcon is an honest, experienced and hard working company with a professional and thorough approach. It was very clear that Pat and his team really care about providing the client with the best possible customer service, expertise and value. I am happy to recommend them!
