  Michael and his team came out when they said they would. They were on time. Initially the work was going to be completed on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 but they had to return the following day to finish the job due to an unforeseen issue which they encountered. Michael kept me up to date about the work and sent me photographs.

• Corroded tiles on single storey garage roof

  Flagged up by Checkatrade Mr Lee of Fantastic Roofing called and I agreed he should replace 70 corroded tiles for £740. Although late in the day he assured me that there would be 3 working persons. They arrived with only one ladder, no roof ladder, no tile rippers, no nail removers and a hammer and only 1 stayed throughout. This person changed both easy accessible bad tiles and good tiles in the area reached from one ladder position leaving 28 corroded tiles. When challenged Mr Lee lied about everything and recorded our arguing. He said if I didn't pay he would strip the roof. And more.

  Would just like to give this company a big thumbs up, I add a leak coming through my ceiling in my bed room, so I asked a friend to help me and they recommended mr lee I give this gentlemen a call he came out right away and with in 20 minutes he new where the leak was coming from and did the fix there and then there’s been to leak since, I highly recommend Mr Lee from FANTASTIC ROOFING,

  Mr lee came out on time, our previous Roofer Kept on telling us it could be repaired and after 5 time’s we new something wasn’t right, so we spoke to our friends who recommended Mr Lee and after 5 minutes of checking our garage roof he advised us that repairs was out of the question and to replace with a new rubber roof system, so we agreed, and mr Lee ‘s company is named right because he was FANTASTIC showed us photos all the way through, me and my wife are more then happy with mr lee’s workmanship, very well Managed also very respectful I highly recommend he’s company.
