    We are thrilled with the cupboards that Rupert built for us. Not only did he help with the design but also carefully thought out the most practical and efficient way to build them. He also helped fit our kitchen units and has done numerous other jobs for us. Rupert is always polite and punctual and takes great pride in every job he undertakes.

    I found Rupert to be very thorough in his work. He came up with solutions to make the most out of utilising small and very awkward size areas in my cottage. He built shelving in my sitting area which has made such a difference to a small space. He also built shelving to create a shoe cupboard in the hallway. He spent time looking at the job thoroughly before quoting ensuring he understood what I wanted and making suggestions to keep the costs down. He worked to a high standard and kept the area clean and tidy whilst working.

    Rupert was a brilliant and very capable Carpenter and also project manager! He coped with a large and complex project converting an engineering warehouse to a beautiful showroom and offices. With the help of a team he fitted a kitchen, built a bathroom, built an open plan office area involving stud walling, building windows, door frames, furniture, fitted flooring. He resolved any problems that came up efficiently and effectively, and his workmanship was always spot on. Would highly recommend.

Welcome to Farrington's Woodworks. I am a sole trader with 35 years experience. I make doors, windows, fitted cupboards, bespoke cabinets, book shelves, internal and external furniture. 

I have also enjoyed building two stages and three sets for theatre productions, and a few porches.

I also offer woodturning and furniture repair services.

 I give a one to one service from the designing through to the installation of the finished project. No job too small.
