  Excellent service from start to finish! At quote stage, Alan took the time to explain to explain how he would go about the work and showed me samples of the material he would use, so I knew exactly what to expect. The quoted price was reasonable. He recommended a Scaffolding company, who were also excellent. Alan and his team arrived promptly each day and were courteous and friendly, and explained what they intended to achieve on that day. They worked tirelessly to accomplish everything they had planned, and swept and cleaned before leaving at the end of the day. They are exemplary tradesmen

  Alan did not try to sell me new soffits even when I asked if that would be the best way to tackle the problem. Instead he fixed what needed fixing and explained why there had been a problem. He communicated well about arrival time. The initial quote was clear about the work that needed doing.

  APS were excellent. Right from the start, communication was great. We got a quote booked in easily, the price was very competitive, so we scheduled the work at a date convenient to us. We had to reschedule due to a storm making the work too dangerous and APS handled that without fuss, getting us a new date quickly. On the day, they arrived on time and completed the work quickly, cleaning everything before they left. APS are highly recommended and I'll be using them again for regular maintenance work.
