  I reached out on Checkatrade around 9/10pm on Sunday. Right away I got a text replying to my job request. He discussed my needs & we booked an appointment within a few texts. Everything about how his text was written & how he speaks in person was just professional. Even his quote was no nonsense reasonable price. So I snapped it up. He was available to do my job in less than a week. He turned up on time, cracked on & very soon after we had a fully functioning outdoor tap. Which he tested, explained warranty & even looked at another potential job to quote us for. Very pleased!

  James came to review the job and knew exactly what was needed. He arranged to do the work 4 days later, after sending me a detailed quotation. He arrived on the day as he specified and completed the installation perfectly, and in a couple of hours. He tidied up thoroughly afterwards and showed me all the work he’d done and tested all the taps. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
