  FeltThatRoofing provided a very excellent service, they were honest and open every step of the way, they were polite and on time and very communicative during the project so we always knew what was happening, when and why! The work was done to time and while unforeseen issues arose when the guys actually started taking off tiles, these issues were told us quickly with a break down of a variety of different approaches that they could take, with costings for each, so we could make well informed decisions. It was also very clear that they knew a lot about roofs and how to repair them!

  If, like me, you have dealt with contractors that don't call back and don't communicate with you, you will not have this problem with Keane at all. Keane was highly communicative, polite, professional and top quality work. Highly recommend.
