    Fraser was easily contactable, and very prompt at getting our work done. While assessing the work prior to giving a quote, he was quick to offer advice on how to use the system. I was given a quote for a different boiler by another plumber, and he gave me an explanation of why he didn’t quote me for that boiler, and the pros and cons of upgrading. The work was excellent - 20 year old boiler, and he tidied up the existing pipework and made it far more accessible. I will definitely be using Fraser again for issues and servicing.
