  I used Fera constructions for my extension and refurbishing project. The quality of the work is excellent. Lulizem’s eye for detail is second to none, he is a fine joiner and finisher. He has a likeminded team who care about the quality of their work and are very professional. Fera construction was the second contractor on the project after I was let down by the first builder. I am glad I chose them, my home looks beautiful. Our neighbours and guests always complement us on the detail of the finishing all thanks to Fera Construction Ltd. Thank you Lulizem.

• First fix plastering job

  Lulezim quoted for a first fix job to take back, render, plaster-board, and skim a large landing and ground floor. It was clear that he knew what he was on about and he really took the time to have a proper look. Unfortunately it didn't work out timing wise, but I would very much recommend him to anyone considering general building work.

• Living room refurbishments, media / fireplace unit construction and stairs renovation

  Lulezim from Fera construction worked closely with us to ensure that the media and storage unit was what we wanted and that it would be fit for purpose. Based on his input we were able to alter our original plans so that the unit and fireplace would be usable in the space we had. He was also able to make suggestions about how to fit the stair spindles and banister which had a slightly awkward dimensions and would not fit standard parts without some innovation. Lulezim was willing to come back for a couple of snags, and was always polite.

• Bathroom Extension

  The work carried out to build a bathroom extension to my house was over and beyond. Lulu was a pleasure to work with, his work ethic, tidiness, quality of work carried out was excellent. I cannot fault Lulu and his team, from start to finish they were brilliant. My bathroom is now complete and looks absolutely amazing. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone. Lulu is the most reliable, friendly builder I have ever met and will give all his passion and desire to do a excellent job
