10Verified ReviewI had been impressed by the thoroughness and knowledge of Firefly when they first came over for a simple boiler service, so I asked them about making my front room warmer. They advised on a double thickness radiator, gave me the pros/cons of different ones I could choose and managed the fitting for me. My whole house feels warmer! It turns out they kindly rebalanced all of my radiators as well. I totally trust their expertise and felt at ease around the two polite, friendly men I met. I felt I was charged a fair price too.
