    Bill came planned the bathroom we had a complete refit .He installed everything including new ceiling lighting and extractor and floor the work was carried out to a very high standard his attention to detail is mind blowing. He was totally reliable and arrived on time everyday. I have no hesitation in recommending him excellent service.

    Bill Ward was engaging from the quotation through to completion even though he was feeling ill throughout. Practical, pragmatic experience shone through and suitable compromises were reached in our 124 year old house where right angles are a rarity. We are delighted with the result, Bill was meticulous in ensuring all joints and connections were watertight, he's even visited a couple of weeks later to ensure we are happy. For me, I regard his attitude, consideration, tidiness and skills as 'old school' and that is one of the highest compliments I can give. Well recommended.

    I wanted a bathroom turned into a shower/bathroom for an elderly person. B. Helpfully met us at a shop that he recommended, and went through the options with us. This enabled us to get the best information and ideas for the job. The seventies bathroom that he was replacing did throw up quite a few problems, which B. Managed to overcome. I am very happy with the outcome.
