    Whilst the work Jon did was of a good standard, and he was polite whilst doing the job, within a couple of hours of finishing the job and leaving he called me to ask where the payment was. It was a Saturday and I was out for the afternoon with my family, and I told him I’d pay shortly. The response to this was even more abrupt. Personally, I think this is very rude behaviour as I wasn’t provided with a formal quote or invoice, and no payment terms were set out, Perhaps if you have such high requirements for payments you should lay these out before accepting work in the future.
