  Sam and John were professional throughout tracking down a leak that has eluded many others for years. Instead of just patching like everybody else they took the roof back to the wood and made sure this is a fix that will last. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and only demanded one cup of tea and. Red Bull (plus some money) in payment. Will use again any time we need any similar work for sure

  Sam and his team recently replaced our slate roof on our 1850s cottage. The whole experience was flawless. Sam came and quoted the same day of my request and quoted substantially less than other roofers in the area. Work began a few weeks later and we had a new roof installed in one day including repointing our chimneys and new lead work. His team were polite, highly skilled and worked very hard all day. Sam was very responsive with all communication. Would highly recommend.

  Sam and his team were extremely professional and realiable. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling for many years. None other companies that we used in the past managed to fix it. When I reached out First Choice, they not only came to see the problem we had within 24 hours but they also managed to do the work in a record time: just a couple of days. They were aware we were going away and they did everything possible to complete in time. Since then, it has been raining a lot and we havent had any water coming throughout our kitchen ceiling anymore. Extremely happy with their work and kindness.
