• Hole in roof between brickwork and tiles

  Joe gave a reasonable quote and was prompt and friendly. We had a damp patch on our bedroom ceiling caused by the hole in the roof. He informed us that he would fill the hole with concrete and mastic, which would fix the issue. We gave him the Job as he massively undercut other quotes, but the recent heavy rain has proved that the go hadn't worked. Subsequently, we have tried to contact him to resolve the issue, as he guaranteed work for 10 years. The person who answered (James) claims he has taken over the company and is receiving a number of similar calls. Checkatrade need to investigate.

  Last week I had noticed water coming in through my roof, my partner had been looking around for roofers in the local area, we came across 5 star roofing we are very impressed with there services and highly recommend them, the lad joe who came out was excited he explained everything to use in great detail and the price he gave us was very reasonable, the job was done to very high standards and my roof is sorted, thank you very much 5 Star roofing
