• Replacing radiators and thermostatic valves

  Really good service from F J Lane recently. Tom and Clive were punctual, friendly and courteous. Heating system drained, some radiators replaced and then some extra thermostatic valves replaced. System filled again and balanced. Really happy with their workmanship and how clean they left everything too. Thank you!

• Fitting an additional radiator

  A big thank you to Tom and Clive. Very professional and polite. The heating system had to be drained before the new radiator could be fitted and connected- done in an efficient and timely manner. The working area was left spotless. Heating system 're connected, all radiators checked to make sure they were working correctly. Would be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family - not something I say lightly.

• Installation of new CH boiler

  The boiler was fitted in the timeframe given. Despite a few unsuspected issues solutions were found and all went well. Marcus and Spencer turned up on time and left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day. The heating was turned on and checked ( on a very hot day) to complete the commissioning . Very pleased with the work and would recommend the company.

• New boiler and full central heating system

  We needed to replace inefficient electrical heating in the house with a combi boiler, new rads and pipework. The FJ Lane team were quick to quote and propose a solution, competative costs, and had availability to install with a short lead in. Installation was well managed as all new pipe runs under floors were required, with minimal disruption. A tidy install of the boiler, all parts and pipe runs, and the system is up and running with no issues. Happy to recommend this company.
