  Didn't turn up for first appointment. Professional and helpful when he came to quote the 2nd time, however 4 weeks later still waiting for a quote!. Each time I ask I am advised he is chasing the scaffolding.

  Initially good at giving a quote however took a while to come and do the work and poor workmanship (I believe from a subcontractor) resulted in them having to return. Jonathon was very apologetic and assured the work would be redone and completed. Unfortunately this didn't solve the leak so asked for a quote to repoint the whole chimney (& repair the gutter they had broken), neither of which has been done after waiting months. Another roofer has since come out to give a quote, and instead found there was missing pointing around the leadwork completed and addressed this.
