• Carpet fitting

  I had carpets fitted throughout my house - lounge, 4 bedrooms, large hallway, staircase and upper landing. All completed in one day - the carpet fitters were FIRST CLASS. All guys worked very much as a team to ensure that job was completed to a very high standard, and it was overseen by a manager, who kept in touch with me throughout. I am delighted with my new carpets and would HIGHLY recommend Flooring Scotland as a reliable company who carry out work to an excellent standard and in a very professional manner. Prices were very competitive too. Thank you to all for an outstanding job.

  The salesman did not turn up on time and I had to text to see if he was still coming. He eventually turned up 3 hours and 15 mins late with no apology. He didn’t listen to what I wanted done to the floor and clearly only wanted to suggest the most expensive option. He was not knowledgeable about the product or issues that could arise and was very quick to say he couldn’t guarantee the work if I didn’t use the materials that Flooring Scotland could provide. One to avoid.

• Floor fitting

  Recently enquired about a job and was speaking with a great guy over the phone who gave off a really good vibe and was looking to get me sorted. Person who came to do the fitting wasn't very great and seemed annoyed I had organised the material outwith them and spent most of the time talking about liability of any future damage. Was told I would get an price after that weekend and wasn't contacted until after the work had been carried out by another fitter. Felt like they were unhappy with my choice of flooring provider and didn't want to do the job. Disappointed.
