    Flow Drainage Ltd Plumbing - I was lead to believe that I called a plumbing company when the bathroom and sink was blocked. They came the next morning. They seemed to have cleared the blockage and charged ?54 for the 5 minutes of plunging. However, upon rechecking, the water did not drain from the bathtub. When I called them back, I was advised to call a plumber as they could do no more than retry the plunger! I was left dumbfounded and had to spend more money for a proper plumber.

    Ashley came at the time arranged and did the job in about an hour. He was very informative throughout and showed me the problem inside the pipe using his flexible camera. The problem was root ingress. The cost to clear the blockage was £125, cheaper than other quotes. He advised that the pipe was broken and needed a more permanent repair. He also looked at other pipes in my system with the camera and found further root ingress there. He gave me quotes for i) excavating and relining the first pipe and ii) relining the whole system. I have accepted the latter.
